  • Club and Pro membership benefits apply only while a plan is active and may include member unit prices plus extra percentage discounts.
  • Misuse of membership pricing or accounts may lead to suspension.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Prices, offers, and membership rates may change without prior notice.
  • Orders are confirmed after successful payment through our payment partners.

5. Orders & Cancellation

  • You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting support quickly.
  • After packing or shipping—especially for live fish— cancellation may not be possible.
  • We may cancel orders for stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud and will refund eligible payments.

6. Shipping & Live Livestock

Delivery methods, timelines, and live-fish handling rules are described in our Delivery Policy. You agree to provide accurate address and contact details and to receive live packages promptly.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns, DOA claims, and refunds follow our Refund & Return Policy. Live fish have special rules different from dry goods.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration and order information
  • Use the website lawfully and without abuse
  • Keep purchased livestock and equipment under suitable aquarium conditions
