• Diet: Omnivorous and easy to feed on quality pellets, granules, flakes, and occasional frozen or live foods. A varied diet helps maintain condition and colour.
• Tank Mates: Suitable with other active peaceful fish such as larger tetras, rainbowfish, barbs, danios, and non-aggressive bottom dwellers. Avoid very tiny fry, long-finned weak swimmers, or highly aggressive fish.
• Schooling Need: Best kept in groups of 5 or more. Keeping too few may lead to stress, shyness, or unsettled behaviour.
• Care Tips: Use strong filtration, regular water changes, and a secure lid. Include open swimming lanes along with driftwood, stones, or plants around the edges for a balanced layout.
